VX1-12800H Mini PC Product Introduction & FAQ about LED Backlight Customization

The EGLOBAL VX1-12800H is a high-performance discrete GPU mini PC engineered for medical imaging workstations, graphic design, video production and gaming applications. Equipped with Intel 12th Gen Alder Lake Core i7-12800H CPU and NVIDIA RTX 3060 12GB dedicated graphics, this compact unit balances powerful computing capability and space-saving layout. Its chassis is constructed from aluminum alloy combined with ABS material, originally pre-fitted with decorative LED backlit logo which lights up upon power-on. Adopting dual silent copper cooling fans, the model supports continuous 7×24-hour operation within an operating temperature range from -20°C to +60°C, ensuring reliable running in rigorous medical and industrial environments.

In terms of core specs, the onboard i7-12800H features 14 cores & 20 threads with a boost clock up to 4.8GHz and 24MB cache. Dual SO-DIMM DDR5 memory slots allow maximum 64GB@4800MHz capacity, while dual M.2 NVMe slots (one compatible with M.2 SATA SSD) deliver flexible high-speed storage expansion. For peripheral connectivity, it comes with 3×HDMI2.0 plus 1×Type-C for four independent 4K@60Hz display outputs, dual Intel i225V/i226V 2.5G Ethernet ports, multiple high-speed USB interfaces and SD card slot. Built-in functional options include PXE boot, AC auto power-on, RTC startup and Wake-on-LAN, compatible with Windows 10/11 and Linux OS to satisfy medical equipment deployment standards.

1.Disable LED lighting for single unit: The LED strip can be easily deactivated by unplugging its connecting cable from the mainboard. No hardware damage or performance loss will be caused after disconnection.

2.Single sample without LED removal of outer pattern: After disconnecting the LED cable to cut off backlight, the chassis translucent pattern remains faintly visible but inconspicuous; complete pattern elimination is unavailable for individual prototype sample.

3.Mass OEM customization (Minimum order:100 units): For bulk orders of 100pcs or above, we provide customized chassis production to fully omit both internal LED strips and external translucent patterns at manufacturing phase, delivering finished products with no backlight and no decorative patterns to meet medical regulatory requirements.
